(Writing this on behalf of my Mum who's had the work done.) I suggested Coastal Communications to her after reading about the many great reviews of their service. She's just moved into a new house and, as you can expect from a technically challenged parent, I received the obligatory "my TVs not working" phone call. After some troubleshooting, all roads pointed to poor TV reception. So after a quick phonecall by her, the guys were round the morning after, bright and early. Unfortunately I don't know specifics about the work carried out but I know that the existing aerial/installation was more than sufficient and just needed repairing. Hasn't to add, I received a call after from a very happy mother who now had "the best reception I've had in years." Thank you Coastal Communications for making her day!

Replace faulty satellite digibox. Initial service was friendly, supportive and helpful, subsequent installation was done on time, at the cost quoted and even included advice on unrelated issues, at no extra cost.
